Elimination of weekday midday service along IH-35 southbound frontage road between 51st and 45th Streets due to very low ridership. The midday service along IH-35 southbound frontage road is provided to serve the Day Labor Facility and other social service providers.  Due to low ridership (approxomately 10 riders), these particular trips on Route 37 will be eliminated.  Due to the availability of alternative service on Route 320, we believe that most users of these trips will be able to continue utilizing service.  Other passengers on those trips (approxomately 200 riders) will benefit from improved travel time and directness due to the elimination of this midday route deviation. For continued travel, patrons desiring to reach destinations along IH-35 southbound frontage road between 51st and 45th Streets may ride Route 320 St. Johns.  Route 320 provides all day service along the frontage road.
